HOUSE RULES

1. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

The hotel day begins at 3:00 PM and ends at 11:00 AM the following day.

Early check-in or late check-out must be arranged in advance with the staff and is subject to availability.

2. STAY RULES

The apartment is intended exclusively for the number of guests specified in the reservation.

The apartment may not be made available to third parties without prior consent from the staff.

Guests are required to use the apartment and its facilities in accordance with their intended purpose.

3. QUIET HOURS

Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Parties, gatherings and any behaviour that may disturb the peace and comfort of other guests are prohibited.

In the event of serious or repeated disturbance, the staff may take appropriate action, including requiring the guest to leave the property.

4. NO-SMOKING POLICY

Smoking cigarettes, e-cigarettes and any other products emitting smoke or aerosol is strictly prohibited in the apartment and throughout all indoor areas of the property.

In the event of a violation of the smoking ban, the guest may be charged for additional cleaning and removal of the smell of smoke.

5. PETS

West Baltic City does not accept pets.

6. ACCESS CARD

Access to the apartment and common areas is provided by an access card.

The card must be kept safe and must not be given to unauthorised persons.

In the event of loss or damage to the card, the staff must be notified immediately. The guest may be charged for any costs resulting from the loss or damage of the card.

At the end of the stay, the card must be left in the designated place in accordance with the check-out instructions.

7. LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE

Guests are responsible for any damage or destruction caused by themselves or by persons for whom they are responsible.

Any damage or missing equipment must be reported to the staff immediately.

Removing any items or equipment belonging to the apartment is prohibited.

In the event of damage, destruction or loss of equipment, as well as if additional cleaning is required due to excessive soiling, the guest may be charged the applicable costs.

8. UNDERGROUND PARKING

The underground car park is available for an additional fee of PLN 69 per day.

Use of the car park requires advance reservation and is subject to availability.

Booking an apartment does not automatically include a parking space.

The car park must be used in accordance with the rules and instructions provided by the staff.

9. SAFETY AND EMERGENCIES

Interfering with any installations or equipment located in the apartment or building is prohibited.

Any faults, damage or situations that may pose a safety risk must be reported to the staff immediately.

In the event of an alarm or evacuation, guests must follow the safety instructions and directions given by the staff.

10. CHECK-OUT

Before leaving the apartment, please:

• turn off the air conditioning,
• switch off any unnecessary electrical appliances,
• leave the access card in the designated place.

11. ITEMS LEFT BEHIND

If you leave any belongings in the apartment, please contact the staff to arrange collection or delivery.

The cost of shipping any items left behind is borne by the guest.

12. FINAL PROVISIONS

Making a reservation and commencing your stay constitutes acceptance of these House Rules.

Matters not covered by these House Rules shall be governed by the applicable laws and regulations.

Any comments, problems or requests should be reported to the staff as soon as possible.
